Every organization has two brands. The first is its consumer brand - how consumers think of that organization when they are considering purchasing a product or service. The second is its employment brand – what current employees think of the company they work for and what they communicate to people within the community about that organization. Identifying a company’s employment brand is essential to improving recruitment results and improving employee retention.
